Seems to be a cell phone company. Depending on where you live, you should be able to contact the department of commerce or corporations find out more for the state where they are registered.

From what I can find online Blue Licenses Holding is AtT/Cingular. Bastards keep calling and hanging up on me too and then act like they have no idea what I'm talking about when I call back.

are we dealing with infantalism? what's that about calling and hanging up? could this be some sort of process of calculation for unlimited long distance users. or a way of listening or tracking calls?

I had a landline phone the 3 package deal from comcast, but I had the phone disconnected last September 08,. In January the phone started ringing , it seems someone was in my house (I know who) and connected the phone into the computer modem , but the phone number is not the same number that I had before and I never called any phone company for this service, I do not pay the bill , I unplugged the phone but still don't know the service provider, its been traced to Blue Licenses Holdings LLc with a buisness address close by. The whole thing is very spooky , amongs other things .

I live in vancouver wa. just for the heck of it, I did a reverse phone lookup on my cell phone. (im with att)
the number came back as being owned by blue license holdings llc.

Blue Licenses Holding, LLC is a holding company for ATT, formerly Cingular. They just own (hold) large blocks of prepaid cell phone numbers, and lease them out to cell providers like Tracfone
