Can anyone catch me up on scrubs?

I love scrubs. ♥ but I keep missing eps and watching them out of order, and so on. so I'm mainly keeping up with the part where dr cox and jordan first have jack, but for some reason cox doesn't know that it's his baby? why is that? how can he not know this is his child? and what's up with the 'just friends' characters?

Ahh I LOVE Scrubs.They moved it to weord times though,and Im never home to watch anymore.
I think I might just buy the dvd collection when it comes out.

Don't worry about the story line so much. Just watch it when you can and enjoy each episode and pay close attention to the great directing and editing. I love it too and I don't get to watch it every night.
If I wanted to, I could record it with my DVR but that makes it too much like a soap opera and I hate soap operas.
