What kind of screen name? For what service? If you're trying to make a screen name for an instant messenger like AIM or MSN, just go to their home website. These websites have links to their instant messenger services that allow you to do things like login to an existing username, check email, or make a new screen name.

The hardest part will actually be trying to come up with something original for a name lol. Good luck =]
