School detention

Do your parents get mad when you receive a detention at school.
My school when you get a detention you have to serve it the next day take a note home and your parent must call the school the next day
Whenever I get a detention at school I figure I already did by punishment but I also get punished by my parents like they usually ground me for the weekend when I get a detention.

ok unless your school calls home you dont have to tell your parents, detenrtion is not really a big deal

no way my mom is always like " what a stupid reason to get detention next time you shoould just come home and let them call me" lol

omg, shanna16, your stupid! detention is a BIG DEAL! it goes on your permanent record if its something bad or serious, which it probably is! duh! and ummm, I don't know, bcause I've never got a detention before, because I want to go to yale and become a heart surgeon!
