I have scars from where I used to chicken scratch myself;; but I've changed and want to froget all about my past how can I get rid of the scars?? or at least fade them??

tell me when you find the answer , because I used 2 cut and I regret it , now I cant wear shorts wich I love , and my legs looks really bad , like a battel filed .

depends how bad the scars are. I used to cut myself about 5 years ago and still have the scars.. I used bio-oil and that helped them fade. but they are still there unfortunately.
I've heard other people who have used it and they said it worked. its pretty cheap too!

ok I used 2 cut and I keep da 1z on my left arm more or less so I don't 4get my mistakes and what I over came. but 4 da rest I just used cocoa butter and dey went away within like 1 and a half to 2 weeks
