I don't think there is a fast way to get rid of them, I doubt it. Maybe though.

you cant really get rid of them, or do it fast
if here big theyll usually stay there for a long time
but time will heal them
you could try covering them up with clothes, makeup ect
there are some creamd and stuff that can help heal them, but they wont just make them go away

what type of scars are they?

cocoa butter.. apply it all day and at night
it should fade the scars but not fast..
but over time if you apply it daily you should
see improvements...

*make sure you apply it overnight though, your skin repairs the most overnight!
