Scared of orga**m

Well I'm 20 years old And I love sex! But I have this big fear of having an Orga**m, For some odd reason I think that if I have one I'll die. I don't know why I feel this way but I do. Everytime My boyfriend Goes down on me he always finds my spot and I get weird feeling and I am just scared to continue I dont know why I think that the whole body shaking gets me. Can someone give me some kind of information?

You know you won't die...but you need to know what is right for you. So explore your own body; starting and stopping when you want. The build up to an org**m should be slow and easy and it could be that it has been too aggressive and too fast. Learn to take time on your own and once you've discovered what you like then teach your boyfriend. If you continue to still feel there is death after org**m seek out a therapist.

If you are tense, or in your case worried about dying from it you will cut yourself short of the release you are building up to. At 20 you are old enough to know if you love your boyfriend enough to totally trust him then why not. Many woman would love to have the joy of the sensations you are feeling. Maybe you are just afraid of losing control of your body for those few seconds, just relax and let it come naturally, you wont die from it! take things slowly and when you feel the time is right you will experience it yourself.
