Scared because i almost got raped

Well I almost gave my address away and I only gave him the cities name I am really scared what if he is able to find me and then he rapes me I am scared please help me.
Please help!!!

um.. are you talking about the guy jello who just commented your profile with the city he lives in? LOL. I don't think he'd rape anyone, he's a nice person.. and he's also not crazy.. but take this as a life lesson to NEVER give your very personal information over the internet :]

If you only gave a city's name then you should be OK. But I would not give out any more info. If things like this scare you then you should avoid them. Just because someone asks for something does not mean you have to give it. It is very respectful to give out the reason for not giving personal info instead of the info itself.

dont get TOO paranoid
of course noit every person on the net is going to rape you
but there are some sick people ou t there
you need to remember not give out your personal information to people you dont know
like address, number, ect or too much about who you are and how you live
the more you give out, the more people who dont know you do
if your worried about guys raping you
perhaps take some kung-fu lessons, or learn about how to preventor defend yourself if you were in that situation

honestly, stop giving out your info.
With a city he can't do anything, unless you gave him your first and last name.
Also, I'm sure there are other people with your name.
Relax, but stop giving people your info ! It's silly, pointless, and dangerous.

if a strange dude comes to the door lock it and DONT ANSWER IT call the cops...and for now dont worry aboutit at least you dident give away your address ok so he has thousands of houses to chose from so don't worrie bout it he wont waste his time looking for you.hope this makes you feel better.
