try getting more physical around your boyfriend(s). Like cuddling more, holding each other. Once you start getting more physical then you might be less nervous. Hope this helps

Just make sure you're protecting yourself from std's and pregnancy when you're having sex. Always use a condom, and if possible, maybe you can start birth control. Just as long as you protect yourself and your partner from anything unexpected, you should be fine. Sex is fun! Just remember to be safe and responsible... and most of all enjoy it!!

make sure you really trust the person you are with. A good trusting relationship will help make things easier. How comfortable are you with your own body? If it is a body image thing, try turning the lights out, definately use protection all the time.

*Scientifically incorrect as it may be, it makes me laugh.* Answered by tiffany88 on Aug 03, 2006, 10:29PM

1)sex is a very scary thing, so dont think you r alone in being scared. for most people, the best way to relax, is why knowing your body very well, so maybe you should try, pleasing urself. and once you know urself, you can allow someone else to know your body. it is a really good way to be more comfortable with sex.
2)protection is key! when your not worrying about unwanted pregnancy, or STD's you can relax and enjoy it much more.
3)trust and confidence... trust your partner as much as you trust urself, and have the confidence, to explore each other
