Do not change who you are! I was in the same situation in high school,so you know what I did? I got new friends. If your friends can't accept you for who you are then they aren't very good friends. It seems like you have good self esteem so use it! Don't let the people around you determine who you are and who you will become.

Nope. Just be yourself. Its their mouth and their thinking, so dont care about them.

If you stop yourself just to impress them, you wont feel happy. And it will definitely be very tiring. Cause, its like, you're working hard to be someone you're not.

I am also outgoing, loud...well...not all the time...but sometimes...
I've also tried to tone it down, and be 'normal' but it just isnt fun...
So just be who you are. Being someone else is really boring...
