Scared

Ok im getting scared and I dont know what to do ok heres the thing last week I weighed 113 lbs and im 5'5 and 15 (16 in april) well this week I weigh 111lbs and the last time I went to the doctores I weighed 124 and they told me not to loose anymore...

but I have lost like 10 more pounds since then adn im not trying to its really scaring me because I cant stop loosing weight please help me what should I do??

if your a vegetarian try eating foods like tofu,quorn and tvp and also pulse veg all these will help as they are protein rich oh and plenty of carbs!!

The more time you spend worrying about it, the more you'll lose. Just exercise a little less, eat a little more junk (but don't make it a habit). You'll be better in no time.

You should really talk to your doctor - because your weight is getting very low and very unhealthy. Until then - eat a lot of protein and carbs - they both help build weight really fast.
