depends, saying yes about what? like if you ask him for something, ask to go somewhere or just to say the actual word "yes"?

As a mother I can honestly tell you that you can never "force" a parent into saying yes for anything.

hmm...yell at him never lets go of the subject like if he askes you to do somthing say "a'll do it if you say yes"and a'll do it it workes for me^_^

If you are constantly nagging him about something he's not going to give in and as a parent he has every right not to say yes. I know that it's not fair but if you become whiney he's really not going to give in. Think about when a 3 year old whines, do the parents normally give in? You have to show him your maturity level.
