Same people on fun advice

Is it just me or do you also seem to see the same people on this site over and over again lol it's like every time I look at someones profile I see people in their friends list that I've seen a million times xD

Friends' Activity List is driven by the requester.
On this site that List seems to be a way of tracking someone who has an interesting point of view, or you agree with their statements.
All requests are automatically OK'ed unless the requested person actively rejects it.
So if someone wants tons of people on their Friends' Activity List they just keep clicking the links.

Well, I don't know.
But, you've never seen me before I'm sure. I've been here since 2007.

Not true. A person can have it set in their profile where THEY must approve the Add me as a friend request.

Also, the site automatically makes it where a person under 18 must approve friendship requests by people over 18 UNLESS they have changed their profile setting to automatically accept friendship requests.

The reason that you are seeing the same friends over and over is first, because they have coincidentally been approved by the various people whose profiles you are visiting, and secondly, because those friends are most active recently on the site. The friends lists are listed in order of recent activity.
