I don't think you provided enough info to answer your question. Are yor married ? Does your spouse work? Do you have kids ?. I'm sure $ Gen won't pay as much as home health. Plus home health is ALWAYS in demand and finding a job won't be difficult. But, by the same token, there's a $ Gen on every corner and you can always find work there too.
