Is the sacred heart strictly a Catholic thing or do non Catholics have sacred heart tattoos.

I think it's strictly Catholic in a religious sense, but for a tattoo - who knows? Maybe other people have it because they like the look of it...

I'm not Catholic and I found it a very creepy image until I understood what it was really about, but now I see the point.

I think that Sacred is part of the Cathlic religion since I'm not a member of the church I do have knoledge.
Don't quote me on that since I'm not sure but, I know they do have Sacred Hetra Hospitals and schools by where I live.
