Hi, I have a treadmill and a bike. I ride my bike 8 miles a day and was wodnering how does that compare to a mile on a treadmill. Im like asking if the treadmill is ore rewarding or what? Thanks

Running can be more physically rewarding than bike riding because you use your entire body to run. Since you're sitting down when riding a bike, you're neglecting certain muscle groups in your upper body. Running not only exercises your lower muscle groups, but it works out additional muscles in your upper body. Either exercise is highly beneficial and they're both great for a work out.
