Well congradulations on your good genetics! Sorry about your bad experience, it's tough to get over something like that. I know how you feel. Running is effective because it uses a LOT of muscles in the body. If you can't get over your fear of treadmills, try circuit training. You can burn more calories by using resistance than you can with cardio training. If you have more questions feel free to ask me.

ok so I exercise a lot to try and get a flat stomach thinner thighs etc it does nothing but maintain my weight now I have a gym in my house treadmill the works but when I was younger I got my hand caught under the treadmill whilst it was on and got 3rd degree burns anyway I cant use that now and you cant depend on british weather to be sunny and dry to run but my sis ran a lot and lost 9 pounds and a week im thinking should I try do the same and keep up my normal exercise can some one actually tell me why running is so effective lol and will it decrease my bust size?? like especially when the women my family all have E cup or bigger boobs lol im only a c right now but they all got theirs at 18 hehe
