I need some suggetions please on how to run really fast without even stoping!!!

Do exercise, put target for your self, like for one week you will run for 3 km next week for 6 km…. , and try to race with someone to see your speed.

Just practice everyday. Add an extra half mile everyday. Try to subtract time everyday on running a mile or two miles or however long you run.
