What's a good range for the weight and height of a back on a decent college-level rugby team?

im a back on my team[I play lock], [in highschool though] im very tall 5'11, but I guess it depends on your height, if your over 5'8 id say be 155 or something if lower then that maybe 135-40. got to be nice and heavy so those girls/guys cant take ya down!
