whenever im sitting next to my boyfriend he starts to rub my inner thigh and the longer we sit to gether the farther up he moves. why is he doing this and what does it mean???

If you're not sure what it means then he's failing miserably. He's attempting to turn you on, to get you excited. As for why, well I guess eventually he will want some intimacy. That is pretty normal.
