Room tidy

Ok this is a really weird question but my bedrooms so MESSY! my mum said its really unhygenic and it's really bugging me because nearly everywhere I go I step on things lol, how could I tidy it and keep it tidy??

Start cleaning small sections at a time until you're done - then every day clean the little mess you made...and you've succeeded !

Throw everything out thats trash. And then start organizing it. OR
Just throw everything out.
