Ringtones...for free?

Is there any site I could get *FREE* ringtones with? I doubt it, but I'm going to ask anyways :]
C'mon people, HELP please!
I hate having to pay $4.00 for a ringtone that never plays the better parts of the song and a lot of times sounds worse than...

if I would have just recorded it onto my phone myself!

This isn't free, but it is pretty close: Go to walmart, and in the electronics section, I've seen cards that you can buy for $6.00, that you somehow go onto a website, give them the serial number of the phone, and you then get new ring tones. Try it.

I think you have 2 options:

1. download ringtones to your PC from free ringtones websites then copy them to your phone using bluetooth (you will need a dongle for your PC) if you don't have a USB cord.
2. if you have internet on your phone, browse websites that allow you directly download ringtones to your phone.

The catch is: put the ringtones on your phone by yourself, instead of getting them by mms or text messages. This way is 100% free.
