How can I charge for a song (my song unknown artist) that people are downloading from my website?

You can use paypal or similar ecommerce service. Or you can use something like cdbaby.com for music, or you can use cafepress.com or a similar service.

How do you want to sell it? Downloadable file, CD, etc? That, in part, dictates what type of service you'll need to use.

well im not going to answer your question so im sorry... but I think if youre putting it online then you hsould give it away for free... especially if its your own music, let people listen and if they like it enough they will offer you money or support.

As thedude says. Use paypal and I would take the full song off and just put a snippit of the song on the website.
Good Luck. Best Wishes. It should be a compliment that people would want to download but I understand they need to feed a starving artist as well.
