Ringtone for my cell?

So on my old cell phone I use to be able to send ringtones to my phone from a bunch of different websites, but my new self phone can't get the internet so it can't download the song. Is there anyway to get a ringtone on your phone without having internet??

If your phone has a memory card like MiniSD or something like that, use it. Check online to see if your phone has a data cable accessory (USB on one end, phone connect on the other). That way you can pass info to the phone using your PC or Mac.

Would help if you mentioned the brand and model.
