have sex!!! Anyways I am getting the purity ring! But im just curious who else thinks this is a good idea?

I do think it's a good idea if it's important to you. I believe that if waiting is something that you believe in - than a ring on your finger will be a nice reminded when you get older of the promise you have made.

if its important then I say go for it. but I do not agree with you. I would rather lose it with someone that I love even if we're not married. and I dont get why you feel this way but its your choice and your promise and life so go for it.\

well see thats the problem if you love someone and you do it with them you might break up or something happens you might never expected! thats why I want to wait until im married that way ik that I can share something special with him! but im a christian and thats what I believe in and no one can change that but anyways im just writing this to explain on more why im doing this

I agree with your views on sex before marriage. I also waited until I was married. I don't regret it at all, it has saved me a lot of heartache I might have encountered and I am grateful for that. I'm not sure about the ring thing. I think if you make a promise to god to not do something I think that is enough, I don't think he cares if you have a ring but if that s your thing go for it!
