Can someone please give me one days of a work out?
So like basically aiming at my bum.. And waist and love handles and stuff.
For example
100 sit ups
20 blaa blaa
Yeh for everyday
And what foods should I stick to?
I want to try a healthy life style.
Could someone make up a routine for me?
Thanks :d

well 1st off you shouldnt work out everyday always take 1 day a week off and you should consult your doctor before trying any workout program,
that being said an everyday program
Crunches( Slow and correctly) 5 sets of 20
5,30 sec planks ( Get into pushup position but resting on your forearms and stay there with an erect body)
Walking lunges to failure
THAN any type of high intensity cardio for 30 min

o and foods you chould have some kinda of simple carb in the morning like fruit or something of the sort and throughout the day have only complex carbs and protein and no sat. fat or trans fat at all but make sure you get poly or mono fat like fish, salmon and tuna are great for this turkey and chicken breast are great food to eat as well, but make sure you get plenty of water and stay away from sodas and sugary drinks and you CAN look like this
