Rhapsody setup connections..halp!

Okay so I got this really nice sansa mp3 player thing..its really cool..but the only way to put music on is by rhapsody and I installed it but when I open it it says no internet connection but I have internet..I can go online whenever and its...

wireless...It asks for my proxy settings..

enable proxy: server:port
Basic authentication Username:
Password:

I dont know if anyone has gotten that before..but help me out please..I usually know about all the computer stuff but this is like what the heck to me..of course you cant tell me exactly what to put in because its my connection but how do I find out what to put for proxy and what to put for server...what username and password is it looking for..be specific please..thanks if you guys can help..sorry this is really long..

That's odd - are you sure it doesn't sync with Windows Media Player? Because most Mp3 players work along with it.
