a prob. with the dsl since I first installed it. I have my pc connected directly to the dsl. but my husbands is used by the router. I guess I have to find someone who can actually sit and play with this entires system for the day. dell doesnt seem to help and verizon. puts the blame on dell. its a catch 22. no one seems to know the answer. I thank you for taking the time and trying to help me. will keep you in mind for any contracting questions. I might have. I am a bit of a do it yourselfer. honestly, can say I do more then my hus. have almost every tool invented. not a pro at it. but for a woman I think I hold my own. again. thanks so much. and god bless
