How can I cleanse thc out of my system?

I've heard that milk thistle cleans your liver which stores fatty acids that thc binds to, is this true? I've also been told that using certo or another canning product is a for sure way to cleanse your system.

I have never heard of certo used for that purpose. Golden Seal has been used for years and is the only thing I know of that will do the job. Try them all, it can't hurt! But if I were you I would do a little more research on the certo to make sure it is safe to take and how much.
