An easy way is to put white board erasable marker over the permanent marker, wait a few seconds and then wipe it off. Do this a couple times, the whiteboard markers are made to be dissolveable, and when they get over the other layer they also dissolve that part too...I'm not sure exactly how it works but try it, it always does for me.

Removing permament marker on a whiteboard?

Someone wrote on a white board at work with a permament marker. Any ideas on how to successfully remove it?
