I was in the opposite situation once. My amazing boyfriend is an atheist and I am the 'good little Christian girl.' I always felt that he assumed that I was nieve for believeing in God and I always used to let that come between us. One day he kind of sensed how I felt and sat me down and told me that he loves me whether there is a God or there isn't and that he respects my beliefs as if they were his own. He personally doesn't believe in God but he doesn't judge me on that. His exact words were 'I love you if there is a Heaven, Hell, or God. And I love you just the same if there isn't. Your faith is what makes you you and that's what I love. God or not.' *tear, sniffle-sniffle* =') he's such a sweetie. All you have to do is accept him for who he is and it will all be fine. Respect his faith and he will respect yours.

Religion issue, help!!

This is sort of an odd one. but my boyfriend is at a christian camp for a week. I cant talk to him really because its up in the mountains and when he does get a moment it seems like he really doesnt want to speak to me at all. this religion thing has come up before, but he vowed to never push something on me, and vise versa. we swore our love to each other and he has even got me a promise ring, but I can't help but feel for some reason that im not good enough for him because im not a little christian girl, and him going away to this camp for a week may push him far away from me. im not sure what to do or think. and im afraid to ask him anything when he gets back. please some advice, thanks
