is it possible to get back together with her?

I had been dating my girlfriend for over a year. everything was going great and we had everything in common. We never fought or got into arguments and everything seemed perfect. then one day, she called me to tell me that we couldn't be together...

because she had recently found god in her heart and he was telling her that things couldn't work between us(also according to the bible). she has always been relgious, but she just recently started to really get in touch with god and such. for myself, I am not as religious and don't go to church very often. I feel bad about it and have wanted to become more religious for awhile before this came up. I believe in god and christianity, but I just am not as religious as some. originally, she had asked me if I was willing or wanting to change and I said yes and that I wanted her to help me become saved and find god in my life, but then a few days later she decided that she couldn't help me because she felt that I would be changing for the relationships sake and not my own sake( even though that wasnt the case). its been about a month since all of this happened and the whole situation has been very rough on both of us. I cant seem to get over her and she seems to still have very deep feelings for me as well. (for example, she still wants to kiss me after all of this) she tells me that she still loves me and cares about me a lot, but knows that things wouldnt work. when she says all of this, I just cant come to understand why she did any of this at all. I want to get back together with her, but I dont know if its even possible? so, my questions are: is it possible to get back together with her? what should I do to show her that im changing for me and not the relationship? should I just get over it somehow and find someone else? And does it make sense for her to do what she did?
So, please offer me some advice on the situation because im really lost on what to do right now.

dude dont chase her, only pain and suffering will come, I have been through all of that, if either of you want to become closer to god you have to stay apart and forget about eachother, it might sound dramatic but theres no other choice...im sorry
