You must be very young or very naive. Sperm is not only tiny, it's microscopic. You can only see it using a microscope. But going through boxers shorts into a girl, I don't think so! That ranks right up there with the question, can a girl get pregnant sitting on a toilet seat? The last part of your question is confusing to say the least. If they have nothing one and are having intercourse, where do the boxer shorts come in? Of course she can get pregnant having intercourse, it's only one of two ways to get pregnant.
