How to relate to my pastor?

He is a man, just like any other, he just has a different job to do. If you can perhaps tell us why you are having difficulty, then we may be able to help further. He should be easy to talk to, and open and friendly, honest, sincere, and willing to be of help to you, in what ever you are in need of. He may have to delegate your inquiries to someone else, according to his schedule, etc, but, he should do this in love, honestly trying to be of help. God be with you...
