just get a divorce and have a baby if thats what you want to do

If you're not living with your husband then I'm not sure what the problem is. If you're living with a lover and the 2 of you want to have a child together then go for it. Check into the divorce laws in your state. In Maryland the court requires a year long seperation before a divorce, unless adultry has been committed. If you admit to adultry and take a witness to agree with you then your divorce is finalized in 3 weeks. Now mind you this is just Maryland, but it's an example.

I think your situation is much more complicated, when culture, traditions and/ or religion is involved it's very difficult to come out of your situation. I don't know your background but I know some families from your country and a person I know is kind on your same situation. Her family won't allow her to get a divorce. Do you have anyone to help you? is your lover REALLY willing to commit to you and help you through all the difficulties you might find? Consider all the facts before you make a decision, your family might outcast you, if they are really against you leaving. If you go to another city with this person and things don't work out will you be able to take care of yourself? I know you are in a difficult situation and I wish you the best.
