yes. think: if we have a soul... how many souls do exist?
it's not infinite...
each soul takes a body, then another one...
we have things to learn. this is why we come back on the earth,
until we know what we needed to know.
some people even say: we choose our lives.
we know we have this or that to learn, so we go in this body, we grow
we learn what we have to... and so on.
this is why suicide is not a key. it would just force you to begin a new life.
ask your guardian angel...

Nope. There's no reason to suppose anything happens to us after death other than decomposition.

lololol93: Yes, but the same goes for sandwiches you throw in the bin - but I presume you don't believe in sandwich reincarnation.

There's nothing special about the matter that makes us up. It's the same as the matter that makes anything else up.

Absolutely, We wrote our charts (life) an we could'nt complete it in one life time, we are here for the learning process, we chose our lessons, Earth is the toughest school in the Universe, Positive/Negative, The simple answer is to see that a negative environment challenges your soul. It seems that we humans must be forced to learn the meaning of 'good'. The entire realm of physical life, and reincarnation, are merely devices to test the mettle of the soul. To sit and watch theworld slide by does not add to your soul, and some enities choose to remain in state of ignorance, yet most people want to better themselves, to gain understanding, the world with all of its negativity is the master teacher, The Bible has an excellent symbolof man,s stuggle for knowledge, it is in the book of Genesis. The story reads that Adam was thrown out of Heaven because he ate from the tree of knowledge, an gainedan understanding between good and evil. The question is to ask why not simply stay in Heaven, not eat from the tree of knowledge, There is reason, God's knowledge must be realized in actual fact , he must also experience everything to make that knowledge complete. Humans are the experiencing side of God, and God must experience both the good and the bad. So, adversity and negativity are not merely tests for our soul, they also allow God to experience the opposite side of 'good'. Each of us makes a deal with God that will experience some facet of life for him, we refer to this contract as our theme, Since we love God with all of our heart, we elect to come into life to make him and ourselves complete.
