Why can't I find a job with a decade-old felony?

What companies will hire convicted felonies in Memphis? I am beginning to loose hope I ve tried to overcome this problem by getting my associates degree and now I'm getting my bachelors in bussiness/ managment, but I'm starting to fear that it to is a waste of my time since I can't find a job w/ associates degree. My felony is now 9 years old. Zion

To find companies hiring felons in your area, go to http://ww.government... and find your local employment office.

They should be able to put you on the right track to finding a job. I've also heard that United Way and the Salvation Army will employ those with felony records.
