of course! If its nothing you have eaten causing the color, or not caused from any strenous activity. It may be blood, which is an indication of something serious. You should definately seek medical attention as soon as possible. Good Luck!

As a rule, any abnormally colored stools should be brought to the attention of your doctor.

Reddish color is indicative of blood in the stool, unless you have eaten something to discolor your stool.
