I got given my first blowjob 2 weeks ago and the day after, I had red lumps on my penis(almost like the spots you get on your face that you squeeze) that dont squeeze, dont hurt and have spread along the rim of my bell-end and have started going down...

the shaft of my penis. Can someone help me or give me advice on what to do, if its serious or if I can treat it?

You need to see a doctor. If you were given a blow job, there is a possibility that you could have an STD or some type of infection. Especially if it is spreading I would be concenred.
