Take the contacts out, you may be suffering from oxygen depravation. It can happen from wearing your contacts for an extended period of time.
Lacey's right, if it doesn't clear up soon, go back to your doctor, you may not be fit for contacts anymore, or you may just need to see about getting a new perscription, the contour of your eyeball may have changed just ever-so slightly.
Give it time, if that fails, Give it a doctor.

teabags are great
and just really try your best not to touch your eye or eye area...even if you think theyre clean, they still have loads of bacteria

Hey my eye is irritated by my contacts. Does anyone know what can help it besides eye drops??? Any advice??
