Red dots on vagina

I regularly get a wax, but last month I left it longer than usual as I was very tied up, but during that time whenever I would spot an ingrowing hair I would pluck it out, there were also sometimes like small spots. When I got a wax I thought they would...

go, but I still appear to have red dots where there were either ingrowing hairs or spots and they just wont go!
I scrub it everyday in the shower and moisturise it but nothing seems to work!

Does anyone have a solution or know what these are?

No I dont know what you can use but when I shave down there I put a little bit of conditioner on it area that im ganan shave it word Awsome happy
