This is going to be hard to get anyone to be able to answer properly for you...
On a positive way of thinking, I'm thinking that you might have perhaps been a bit dry during sex maybe? Not enough for you to notice at the time, but enough that now you're feeling it maybe? Perhaps he was larger than you were accustomed to as well? Friction is a BAD BAD thing to have in a vagina... Really anywhere of course, but just because of how that part of your body is built, it's not good.
That said...ANYthing is possible --- I'm getting that this was unprotected sex, so I can see the fear there for sure...
Not having been exposed personally to anything in the past, I would say if you have the remotest fear that you've been exposed, you need to go get tested --- and know that there's no one test for everything...
Oh --- and what you're describing does not sound like a boil... if it was a boil, you would know it!!! Those usually hurt like hell when touched!
Sounds like a friction problem to me --- but --- if you don't have a long history with this guy, it's much better safe than sorry...

So I have got my tubes tied about 4 months ago, and just started seeing a new guy. We had sex for the first time on friday and then again on sat night. Yesterday I noticed light bleeding, thought maybe it was my period coming on or something. but then...
looked closer and notived small bumps on the inside of the vagina near the bottom. and it seems like if I were to touch one it bled a little, also whatever they are they are kinda sore. What would this be? Im so scared its herpes or something?
