How do I recruit other people to join my band?

I'm starting up a band again, (after being kicked out of the previous for my voice not being high enough, even though we were playin stuff like Metallica, and Megadeth and various other stuff. My voice is a tenorish range, give or take a little, not high enough my a$$...)

Anyways, so I'm looking for a site that could possibly help with the recruiting process as in like a classifeds or ads for bands to recruit/get recruited. I already went to ultimate-guitar.com, and I have a been on there for a long while and no one is even close to me.

Well, I don't know about any websites, but maybe you could ask your school or a music shop near you if you can put up a flyer for anyone interested in joining a band with you.
