Obviously you need a microphone to record anything... many laptops come with one located at the top center of the screen, otherwise go out and purchase one that can hook into your mic jack on your computer... they can be as cheap or expensive as you want basically... then you need recording software, a good free one is Audacity found at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ then you need to upload it... open iTunes then go to PodcastsAudio PodcastsSubmit a Podcast (should be located in the center) then upload the URL of your podcast!

How can I record me saying something on a microphone, and put it on my computer onto itunes, to a podcast?..do I need a microphone to my computer?
