Really bad cramps

I have a problem I have realy realy bad cramps and feel sick and dizzy, yesterday even after taking painkillers I was in so much pain I couldnt function for about an hour and a half. and my period hasnt been normal its just coming out in massive clumps and causing a real problem. the thing is I usually have a lot of pain so I dont know if its normal or not.

well how long have you had your period for because at first mine were normal and now they are just like urs I get those symptoms like 2 weeks straight before and my periods is like mainly clumpps and always heavy and im 15 lol so school is a betch anyway yeah it takes a year to settle into a pattern and mine looks to be settling like that, I guess we got to deal with it

I am nearly 18 and have been having periods for almost 6 years and the clumpy thing is new

exercise and taking fish oil helps with cramps, thats all the advice I know to give ya, sorry x]

If this is the first time you are having such a heavy period I wouldn't worry about it.The clump may seems scary if you having had that happen before but it'll pass.Unfortunately if you have a heavy period with a lot of clots your going to feel sick and have the cramps and be dizzy.
Take some midol.That might help with the pain.And I think fish oil is good too.The next time you have a period take the medicine a couple of days before you have your period and continue throughout.Sitting or standing is better then laying down because that just keep the blood in and makes the cramps worse.

Stress triggers cramps.. I have the same problem.. usually the only option is get on a birth control pill or take the less riskful depo shot. it'll make you have none or just small less painful period. also stay away from chocolate and dairy. so before you start make sure you stay away from stress, coco, && dairy.
