Do you eat healthy and do weight training? If not, you might want to. First eating healthy will definately give you more energy. Second, weight training will stregthen your muscles and then you won't be straining them as much so you won't be as sore. The beginning of your workout (the first week or so) you might be more sore than usual but it will go away as long as you continue to workout.
More than weight training, I would recommend to walk an hour a day, this is the best exercise, and best for releasing stress. Don't use energy drinks, probably they are affecting you more than helping, maybe something like ginseng is good. Drink lots of water (not tap water) and avoid white flour and anything with yeast. You might have candida, or parasites. Good luck!

Send me Fun Mail
Im not sure if I'm feeling like im supposed to. I have a physically demanding job and when I come home at night im sore and tired and when I wake up the next day im still sore which I can understand but im usually still tired. it doesnt matter how much sleep I get, I wake up feeling the same. im only 19 but when I was younger I could do a full day of work and wake up feeling good. I've been using energy drinks and stuff like that to keep up at work but id like to find something more permanently. im in good shape ands I take my vitamins etc etc... please energize me :P
