McDonalds selling fast food that mean don’t need to wait too much for the order also it’s cheap and tasty because that it’s successful.

umm because their food is adicting and good but its not healthy so its adicting in the wrong kinda way

Little known fact: McDonald's owns more real estate than most companies...in fact, they own more commercial real estate, world wide, than any other fast food business.

Secret to their success? Long term, real estate in the US appreciates better than a treasury bill. So combine that with growth rates for their business (which are probably better than a t bill as well) you have a solid formula for improving, annually, more than 2x inflation, etc.

Try looking at their corporate filings, etc, and that should give you more info (they have all their SEC filings available online, as any publicly traded company does).
