What should I do?

okay so I have this friend thats a guy and well I like him a lot...and my friends (and guy friends are like he likes you too)...and we both seem to like each other...anyways I used to go have out with him like 5 times a week we would sneek out and drive around and stuff and we'd go to movies and grocery shoppin etc. but he won't talk to me anymore because I was in an abusive situation...and I decided not to return back to my dads house and he also was abused but worse than I was and he thinks its not I big deal what I went through and I do. he always tells me that hes been in worse situations...I keep trying to talk to him and he doesn't pick up his phone or anything I kinda think hes trying to control me...but I can help that I totally enjoy being with him he makes me feel safe and happy...what should I do? return to an abusive situation or lose the friendship? answers are appreciated

what do you mean bu abusive situation I cant give the right advice if I dont know the extent or type of abuse.

girl if your actually getting hit like bad and that guy likes you or just is even your friend then he should try and help you and you should like get help if that person is really hurting you
