I see a lot of good stuff on here but we're missing some critical ones like All That Remains, Parkway Drive, Beneath the Sky, Bleeding Through, August Burns Red, As Bood Runs Black, Black Dhalia Murder, Attack Attack, Arch Enemy, Avenues Silhouettes, Backyard Babies, Bleed The Sky, Caliban, Chiodos, A Day To Remember, Forever In Terror, Forever Wings Fold, God Forbid, Escape the Fate, Haste The Day, I Set My Friends On Fire, Mychildren Mybride, Norma Jean, Pain of Salvation, Trivium, and Sirenia.
However, just in answer to the main question I would say Trivium, Beneath the Sky, Black Dahlia Murder, and Bring Me The Horizon to name a few true screamos

I think you all are giving stupid answers I believe the guy is asking for real Screamo and NOT the trendy crap. and some of your peoples answers arent even screamo bands. how the fuck are hatebreed and pantera screamo? you all need to learn your shit. please check out funeral diner and spirit of versailles are great original screamo bands. cap'n jazz and promise ring is great there old emo bands. as for modern REAL screamo theres http://www.a social site.com/lomaprieta and http://www.a social site.com/toucheamore and many more great band that you will find if you dig deep enough.
