exactly know if a guy likes me..and should the guy ask the girl out..or does it matter?

Poking someones side isnt necessarily a sign that he likes you.
Does he call you? Does he want to hang out with you/be with you? Has he asked you out on a date? Does he go out of his way to see you? Does he talk to his friends about you?
GIrls ask guys out, it really doesnt matter these days.

Ok im talking about things like, does he want cuddles? has he asked for your number? does he flirt in an obvious way? does he compliment you a lot to get your attention, or is he just being a normal guy friend? make sure you are sure he likes you if you want to ask him out, you have only known him for like a week right? get to know him a bit more first and if he likes you trust me he will make it obvious to you, I think its just to soon to tell right now, just keep watching him.
